| Job Duties: | Assist in bidding and scating the guests. Performs bartender's showmanship flaring of bottles behind the bar from time to time to attact guests for their entertainment. Receives, writes, places and pick-up and serves food and beverage orders. Serves food and beverage according to guest's orders. Sets tables as per food and beverage ordered. Prepares and display & mis-en place set-ups in Palmera Bar and Vino Bar/Lounge prior to event. Must know the beverage that is available in the Bar and Beverage storeroom. Familiarized with Wine and Beverage List. Knowledgable with the Origin, Vintage adn types of wines. Knowledgable with most of the International cocktails. Performs other related duties as assign. |
