| Job Duties: | Provides strong and efficient administrative support. You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. Ensures efficient office administration procedures,Ensures that all personnel records are maintained filed and updated in the HR System, Ensures Human Resources documents are properly routed with strict accuracy and confidentiality, Compiles and maintains personnel records by performing the following duties. • Records accurate employee information such as personal data, performance reviews or evaluations, disciplinary actions, employee complimentary requests, housing information • Maintains and updates manual and computerised filing system. • Maintains all records and information. • Complies with hotel's Policies & Procedures. Attends and contributes to all Meetings as required. Provides courteous and professional service at all times. Assists in recruitment activities, prepares and posts vacancy announcements, contacts applicants for screening interviews; arranges interviews appointment and refers suitable candidates to Department Heads; checks and documents applicant references. Assists with the coordination of the employee recognition programmes. Assists by checking to ensure all employee facilities are maintained within standards, i.e. Employee Lockers, Employee Restaurant, and Employee Housing. Willingly attends hotel training sessions as scheduled to improve skills and knowledge. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Well developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office and email. Minimum 2 years work experience as a secretary or Senior Clerk in a hotel or big company. Must be able to work freely in the United States. |
