| Job Title: | Administrative Assistant (Engineering) |
| Job Duties: | Provides strong and efficient administrative support. You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. Provides administrative support to Division Head and ensures the implementation of hotel policies, standards, and procedures as they apply to the administrative functions.Compiles and prepares all POMEC monthly reports on a timely basis. Tracks all work report requests and ensure that maxial work requests are cleared in the system after completion. Attend Engineering staff meetings and prepare minutes of meeting. Assist DOE with reports and other tasks as required. To assist the DOE on preparation of annual budget. Assist managers composing and disseminating correspondences, compile and type statistical reports, maintain timekeeping records and schedules for the department and give feedbacks and updates, maintain all engineering employee records, training files and confidential documents to authorized personnel only, assist other departments in contacting service technicians for minor repair works, provide assistance to employees with their inquiries and attend Safety and Security meetings. |
