| Job Duties: | Establishes guidance for Facilities activities in both Saipan & Tinian Sites. Develops methods to evaluate and recommend actions on requirements & specifications for power Plant operations &maintenance,vegetation control, upkeep of Building & grounds, Curtain Antennas, towers andother equipment maintenance associated with REKTS Tinian& Saipan Sites. Conducts periodic inspections of all Spaces & Equipment.Develops training and maintenance plans & qualificationsfor Power plant operatons and Antenna riggers. provides Annual tower rescue training or review. Ensures pre-climbing safety briefs are conducted and recorded. Reviews and makes recommedations to modify procedures governing the O&M of the REKTS facilities. Provides comprehensive reports when necessary. |

Climbing Safery Training Certificate a Plus. 4 years of hands on experience in support of Facilities maintenance, power generation systems, antenna maintenance and Equipment maintenance.Documented abilities to lead a group of employees in Antenna & facilities Maintenance. |
