| Job Duties: | Job Description: Set & adjust oven temperature, humidity, & conveyer according to product baking specifications & processing procedures. Observe coloration of products in the oven & adjust oven accordingly. Combine ingredients & follow through with the product processing from start to finish as set forth by HMBI. Offer expertise to improve quality & flavor of products, develop new products, and improve production flow efficiency. Confer with production supervisor &/or management on anything concerning productivity & quality. |
