| Job Duties: | Job Description: Promote & sell HMBI products to stores & other outlets. Communicate with management & recommend the most effective ways to promote & move HMBI products. Communicate with management about product prices & recommend discounts & other incentives to increase sales. Read, learn & understand how each product is processed and be able to communicate these information to buyers/customers. Compile and maintain a list of marketing information in areas where market can be increased or developed. Be keenly aware of sales service area/community and be ready to recommend and implement changes in sales strategies based on community & market trends. Quote price & prepare sales contracts for management approval. Give customers realistic estimate of delivery times of products being ordered. Follow up and make sure that orders are to the customer’s specifications. Establish a routine mechanical and sanitary maintenance schedule of company vehicle, & maintain records. Immediately report and record any accidents or vehicular breakdown or damage. |
