| Job Duties: | Job Description: Enforce federal, CNMI, and HMBI’s food & employee safety & sanitation regulations & procedures. Pursuant to the direction of the Production Manager, coordinate the activities of employees engaged in the production. Read & analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports & contribute to the efficiency flow & cost of production. Prepare production estimates & outputs, work schedules, & assign tasks according to production schedules. Establish regular equipment maintenance schedule & regularly inspect production equipment & arrange for repairs if necessary. Monitor gauges, dials, & other equipment indicators to make sure that production staff is complying with processing standards. Monitor ingredients inventory level & coordinate with management & procurement for orders. Confer with managers about employees & customer complaints & offer solutions. Read & understand company policies & procedures & be able to orientate new employees. Be ready to handle other related duties as assigned by management. |
