| Job Duties: | Planning and production of at least 500,000 shrimp larvae per month. Work involves supervision of broodstock selection, maturation, breeding and larval rearing. Duties also include inventory monitoring and ordering of supplies, preparation of work schedule for workers and weekly/monthly production reports. |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least 2 years experience in actual L. vannamei (pacific white shrimp)hatchery operations. A degree in aquaculture, fisheries or marine biology will be an advantage. Willing to stay in house and be on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. With good oral and written communication skills. Should be literate in word, spreadsheet and powerpoint applications. The candidate should also be production oriented and with a strong motivation to excel. |
