| Job Duties: | Supervise and perform general ground maintenance of the building such as planting, maintaining trees, shrubs, flowers, lawns, applying fertilizers, pesticides and other chemicals as needed. Transplanting of plants and maintaining of Green House. Trim trees and shrubs in accordance to Building Owner’s preference. Maintain exterior cleanliness of the building such water blasting of sidewalk, canopy, exterior windows, parking lot and other areas of the building as assigned. Must be able to operate power tools, battery operated tools, lawn mowers, water blasters, blowers, bush cutters, pruning tools and other grounds keeping related tools. Must be able to operate welding machine, Genie Boom Lift, repair small handheld tools such as chainsaw, bush cutter and blower. Must be able to respond to emergency calls during off hours and must have reliable transportation with valid CNMI license. |
