| Job Duties: | Assist the Beverage Manager in planning, organizing, directing and maintaining the overall Bar operation of the outlet. Responsible for efficient preparation, mixing and serving quality alcoholic and non alcoholic beverage drinks according to standard recipe manual. Providing food and beverage service to all guests, ensuring maximum satisfaction and increase departmental revenue in a manner consistent with standards and in line with established operating policies and procedures. To perform other duties as assigned by Department Head. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be a High School Graduate and or GED equivalent. Required more than 2 years work experience as Food and Beverage Bar Supervisory, international cocktail concoctions, wine knowledge, sales and service background required. Work on open day schedule, special events, functions and depending on room occupancy. Can communicate well in English, understands simple Japanese and Korean. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder preferable. |
