| Job Duties: | Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing physical structures and utility sytems of buildings and maintaining grounds: Directs workers engaged in painting and performing structural repairs to masonry, woodwork, and furnishings of buildings. Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies. Inspects completed work for comformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards. Maintain all areas performing tasks neat and clean. Performs other duties as described under SUPERVISOR (any industry) Master Title supervise workers engaged in installing, servicing, and repairing mechanical equipment. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Graduate and or GED eqivalent. Must be at least Trade school graduate or in any related course in Civil Engineering, Architectural is preferable. Must have at least 2-3 years experience as a building maintenance supervisor. Must have experience in the operation of power generator and drinking water treatment plant. Must know how to supervise and train subordinates in the various craft of maintenance like painting, carpentry, plumbing and masonry. Must be familiar in the operation and maintenance of power generator and drinking water treatment plant. Knowledge in reading building architectural plan is helpful. Fluency in English language is preferable. Confident, well groomed and pleasant. Hardworking, flexible and Team Player a definite and accepts other related responsibilities as assigned. U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder preferable. |
