| Job Title: | Maintenance Supervisor, Grounds |
| Job Duties: | To implement and supervise the maintenance and repair grounds and gardens. To supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in maitenance of ground, gardens and plants nursery. Plans landscaping tasks, and instructs workers in taking care of nursery, planting of flowers, and transplanting and pruning of trees and shrubbery. Directs workers in maintenance and repair of driveways, walks, hedges, swings, benches, and other grounds equipment. Directs workers engaged in ground maintenance,activities such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse.Do the monthly inventory of garden tools and equipments and supplies.Perform periodic evaluation of all staff under him. Assist in engineering daily operation and attend to any job request pertaining to buildings and grounds repair and maitenance.To assist to other section where their assistance is crucial. Assist in setting up requirements for F&B or any hotel functions. Must keep all areas neat and clean. Performs other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High School Graduate or GED eqivalent. At least a Trade school graduate or in any related course in Civil Engineering, Architectural and Landscaping is preferable. Must have 2-3 years experience sa a building and grounds maintenance supervisor. Experience in the operation of power generator and drinking water treatment plant is preferable. Must have experience in training grounds maintenance workers. Experience in jobs like painting and plumbing is important.Must be flexible and a Team Player a must. U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder preferable. |
