| Job Duties: | Achieving sales goals by utilizing positional selling skills, monitoring product inventories and returns, creating load-outs and executing promotional activities to achieve customers’ success; Knowledgeable of the products, equipment, functions, & procedures of Coca-Cola & Ice Kiss to better utilize and support positional selling skills; Efficiently pre-sells clients, and inputs orders in handheld or computer for Distribution; Reviews and evaluates competitive products and price structures for immediate sales team review and action; Reviews and evaluates shelf management, merchandising and effectiveness of point of sale material (POS). Displays point of sale material, merchandises, rotates and stocks products in shelves with all Coca-Cola, Ice Kiss, both refrigerated and non-refrigerated; Effectively monitors product returns to achieve budgeted goal by identifying high returns product and customer; Strategic placement for Coca-Cola & Ice Kiss chillers, freezers, ice, and other merchandisers that will provide maximum ROI. In addition, will ensure that only Coca-Cola & Foremost products are stored in our equipment. The duties are not all exhaustive. Other duties are assigned. |
