| Job Duties: | Responsible for guiding out-source kitchen helpers and stewards to ensure clean, sanitized, efficient and economical food service in support with Kitchen, Chefs, and Food and Beverage outlets. Ensuring maximum production of staffs working with, and to decreased departmental expenses by maitaining and protecting Kitchen plates and utensils including breakables.
