| Job Duties: | Perform baking functions according to approved recipe and specifications. Have an excellent knowledge in ingredient and actual baking procedures. Operate baking equipment such as mixer, oven, dough cutter, fryer etc. Perform quality control procedures to make sure we attain product excellence. Coordinate with Store Manager on production levels and schedule when to produce bakery products. Insure proper inventory levels. Improve existing product or introduce new products. Find ways to cut costs and to improve efficiency. Trouble-shoot and fix repairs of bakery equipment. Coordinate with sales clerks and assist them during peak periods. Help in off-loading containers. Do all other functions deemed necessary. |

| Qualification Requirements: | High school level or at least 3 years experience in baking. Knowledge in operating a cash register or POS system preferred. Must be customer service oriented. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must be confident in doing basic mathematical skills. Must be able to read, write and speak basic English. Able to converse in basic Japanese or other foreign languges highly preferred. |
