| Job Duties: | Supervises the activities of the Front Desk Clerks and performs any combination of the following duties for guest of hotel or motel. Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guest. Issues room key and escort instructions to Bellhop/Bellman (hotel & rest.) Date-stamps, sorts and racks incoming mail and messages. Transmit and receives messages, using telephone or telephone switchboard. Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guest, and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. Keeps records of room availability and guests accounts manually or using computer. Computes bills, collects payment, and makes changes for guest. Makes and confirms reservations. May post charges, such room, food liquor, or telephone to ledger, manually or using computer. May make restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservation, and arrange for tours. May deposit guests valuables in hotel safe or safe-deposit box. Other related job as required. Responsible for working on a rotation basis within the Front Office, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to Resort standards, overseeing the operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum of two (2) years work experience in customer service. Minimum of two (2) years work experience as a supervisor. Must be able to work weekends and nights including holidays. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing to employees and guests. Requires frequent walking, and lifting. Ability to speak a foreign language will be a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office application and Fidelio system. |
