| Job Duties: | This position reports to the Group Director of Administration and Human Resources and oversees all aspects of general office coordination. It maintains the office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings. Coordinates and maintains records of staff, office space, telephones, company credit cards, etc. Creates and modifies documents such as invoices, reports, memorandums and letters to include disciplinary or progressive discipline documents and creates policies, procedures and rules for the affiliate companies. Makes travel arrangements for staff and executive management handles procurement. Supports staff in assigned project based work and communicates with staff on company events for participation. Oversees human resources databases and ensures that system records are accurately recorded and cross checked. Tracks, investigates and resolves problems and completes monthly year end reports of all personnel activity. Maintains payroll records in compliance with local and federal labor laws. Assists in training new employees; supports departments or divisions. Process personnel related actions in accordance with employer sponsored benefit program or statutory benefits. Other duties are assigned. |
