| Job Duties: | Establishing, implementing and operating policies related to guest room reservations Annual guest room allocation and adjustment (assisted by the Finance & Planning Team) Receiving and inputting guest room reservations from all markets. Marketing guest rooms in the Target markets, through travel agencies,FIT, incentive groups, etc. Establishment of marketing strategies for the Target markets and submitting periodic progress reports. Managing business partners in the Target markets and identifying new partners. Reporting marketing results for the Target markets. Assessing and reporting sales, occupancy and other related details of other companies in the industry. Managing sales performance and establishing marketing strategies of the overseas offices(in cooperation with the overseas offices). Developing and implementing education and training schedule and contents(in prior consultation with the Human Resources Team). Overseeing work schedules and overtime assignments (in cooperation with Human Resources Team). Preparing various guest room related reports, such as back-to-back, no shows, room status, monthly / daily occupancy rates, daily reservation reports, reservation reports per country, market, travel agent, etc. Managing guest room reservation policy infractions (late cancellations, no-show, etc.) Analysis of guest room usage statistics and providing such data to management Room blocking and room assignment. Implementing job/position assignments. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Formal education in hotel management or related field preferred.Fluency and proficiency in a language of a major market of the hotel required. Two years experience in hotel marketing, front desk, or reservations required. Minimum two years experience as a supervisory level position highly preferred. Management/Supervision experience in marketing hotels and other tourism related facilities in Korea strongly preferred. |
