Job Title: Kitchen Helper/Stewardess/Steward
Job Duties: Responsible for guiding out source kitchen helpers and stewards who is not actively engaged in cooking to ensure clean, sanitized, efficient and economical food service in support with Kitchen Chefs and F&B Outlets. Ensuring maximum satisfaction and decreased departmental expenses in a manner consistent with standards and in line with established operating policies and procedures. Perform and assign helper/steward to such activities as dishwashing, silver cleaning, mopping floor and all other equipment. Follow given daily, weekly and monthly checklist for cleaning routine. Inspects kitchen, workrooms and equipment for cleanliness and order. Observes and evaluates helper/steward performance to devised methods for improving efficiency and watch against theft and wastage. Sets and provide necessary equipment and supplies for outlets buffet and kitchen stations as per required established standards. Provide and supply required equipment and utensil of all kitchen sections at all times. Make and keep all record of all breakage reported and submit monthly record to the Chef. Collects all general and food & beverage requisitions. Knowledgeable to make inventory procedures of all equipment and to work in different outlets. Follow given instructions without hesitation and attentive to details. Must keep all working areas neat and clean. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements: High School Graduate or GED Equivalent. Must have 1 -2 years experience in Food and Beverage Kitchen or related field. Must be a Team Player and flexible. U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder preferred.
