| Job Duties: | This position is located at Western Pacific Telecommunications Service Company (WPTSC) (dba) (Francisca S. Ramon), Garapan. The incumbent must be independent with little supervision by the General Manager of the company. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in installation , repair and maintenance of telephone facilities such as private and public telephones, switchboards. Inspects customer's premises to determine location of telephone and installation procedures. Directs installation of telephone and auxilliary equipments, such as brackets, wires and clamps. Connects wiring to outside terminals, tests installed instruments and circuits continuity or to locate malfunctions, using tone and flicker sets. Directs workers in repair or replacement of faulty equipment. Responsible in the configuration, installation, and programming of the following telephone systems such as: Vodavi starplus 308 to 96EX, Tie-mod 208/616, Delta 1232-2464, PABX Mitel system, 1428 Digital Phone System, Hybrid digital phone system model # 308 to 648/144, Vodavi Starplys XTS 4x8x2-28/48/2, Vertical STS Phone systems, and SBX IP, Voip configuration. Manage and analyzes all technical support needed for vendors. |

| Qualification Requirements: | At least (5) years of work experience in Telecommunications, High School Graduate or equivalent or certificate of training . Must have knowledge in most recent technology of telephone system or equivalent to certificate training Must be familiarized and specialized and be able to configure, install and program all the telephone systems mentioned on the job description. Must be knowledgeable in computer operations. |
