| Job Duties: | • Aggressively drive counter sales. • Be a contributing member of Beauty Team at counter, store and region level. • Execute planned promotions and events. • Maintain brand item tables and remote product presentations. • Maintain DFS, vendor and MP&D presentation and performance standards. • Check in and stock merchandise, testers, supplies, etc., at counter. • Attend all formal vendor and DFS training. • Provide input to Product Sales Manager (PSM) and Product Manager on customer wants and needs. • Recommend product deletions and/or additions of items to PSM and Product Manager. • Perform monthly zone training of sales associates and other line BA’s. • Perform monthly MP&D rebalance counts for PSM. • Maintain solid vendor relations. • Comply with vendor and DFS conduct and uniform standards. • Assist PSM and Product Managers as required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | • High School diploma or equivalent, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. • Minimum 1 year sales/cashiering experience in a retail environment. • Proficient with handling a POS register machine. • Ability to work flexible hours / shifts, including weekends, nights and holidays. Able to work overtime hours when necessary. • Secondary language speaking beneficial, but not required. • Good organizational skills, Self-starter and highly motivated. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment • High energy level and positive approach to job and group responsibilities. • Cosmetic experience preferred. |
