| Job Duties: | Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements related to accounting reports. Discuss with Department Heads the P&L Report and recommends suggestions to better improve operations. Assist the Resident Manager in analyzing financial reports , preparing forecasts, and business strategies. Handles community development projects, conception, program proper, logistics and coordinates incentives and/or prizes and rewards. Coordinates with Department Heads on Staffing Complement and segregation of duties and responsibilities. Prepares Report presentations using Microsoft Powerpoint and Microsoft Project and submit to all Business Executives. |

Must be able to work on flexible schedules including weekends. |
