Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
Job Duties: Enforce company and federal health, safety and sanitation standards in food preparation. Entertain walk in and telephone customers/ Resolve or reports to management customer complaints regarding food service. Investigate and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or accommodations. Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures. Inspect supplies, equipment, and work areas to ensure efficient service and conformance to standards. Control inventories of food, equipment, small wares, and report shortages to designated personnel. Observe and evaluate workers and work procedures in order to ensure quality standards and service. Estimate ingredients and supplies required to prepare a recipe. Analyze operational problems, such as theft and wastage, customer service satisfaction and establish procedures to alleviate these problems. Coordinate assignments of cooking personnel to ensure economical use of food and timely preparation. Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, checking delivery contents to verify product quality and quantity. Maintain food and equipment inventories, and keep inventory records. Schedule staff hours and assign duties. Establish standards for personnel performance and customer service. Purchases supplies, does menu planning and other duties as needed.

Qualification Requirements: • High school graduate or equivalent work experience • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field • Preferably with supervisory experience specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent • Adept in food costing, menu planning, purchasing and inventory management • Able to generate reports and perform administrative tasks that maybe required • Highly organized and systematic • Must be computer proficient
