| Job Duties: | Set & adjust oven temperature, humidity, & conveyer according to product baking specifications & processing procedures. Observe coloration of products in the oven & adjust oven accordingly. Combine ingredients using available equipment, appliances and tools & follow through with the product processing from start to finish as established by the company. Offer expertise to improve quality & flavor of products, develop new products, and improve production flow efficiency. Inspect equipment, appliances and tools before using, observe during usage, and sanitize after usage. Take necessary corrective actions and/or report any abnormalities or malfunctions to management and/or technicians. Confer with production supervisor &/or management on anything concerning productivity & quality. |
