| Job Duties: | Oversees the daily operation of the Kitchen. Responsible for training and managing all kitchen staff. Supervise and coordinate culinary activities in the Resort and other restaurant outlets. Responsible for estimating the food consumption, making food purchases and requisitions. Establishes food quality standards. Standardizing the production of recipes so as to ensure the customers are offered quality at all times. Establishes the techniques of food presentation. Maintaining or raising the profit margins on food. Produces menus and new dishes. Managing, training and recruiting a brigade of chefs. |
