| Job Duties: | Creates activity schedule that reflects resort's needs. He/she must vary the activities to ensure it appeals to as many guests as possible. Schedules activities that complements schedules events and ensures they do not interfered with other resort events. Works with other hotel staff members including lifeguards and other employees. Responsible for training other employees as necessary , introducing them to procedures or new activities as needed. Enforces rules and regulations of recreational facilities to maintain discipline and ensure safety of in-house guests. Ensures guests satisfaction by promoting and organizing activities. Monitor the daily operation of recreational facilities to ensure cleanliness and integrity of recreational facilities. Organize, lead and promote interest in recreational activities for in-house guests to enjoy. Administer first aid according to prescribed procedures, and notify emergency medical personnel when necessary. Explains safety procedures to in-house guests in recreational activities if necessary. |
