| Job Duties: | Creating, maintaining and reporting the corporate financial statements, balance sheets, income statement, breakdowns and other related records. Overseeing all corporate banking accounts, including revenue accounts and advance payment accounts. Calling revenue and financial performance meetings and preparing reports of such meetings. Developing and implementing budgets (including executive amendments to the budget). Overseeing the departmental organization and operating policies. Reorganization and restructuring, developing job descriptions and duties, developing policies for delegation of management authority. Developing and amending various company policies and standard operating procedures. Controlling and mediating inter-departmental duties and work assignments. Overall planning of management and operational strategies. Review of law related activities and communications with the corporate legal counsels, including contracts and agreements necessary for hotel operations. Developing contingency plans and scenarios for incidents with the possibility of litigation. Overseeing any lawsuits/litigation in progress.O-net: Follow ethical codes that protect the confidentiality of information. Identify and resolve conflicts related to the meanings of words, concepts, practices, or behaviors. Translate messages simultaneously or consecutively into specified languages. Proofread, edit, and revise translated materials. Check translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions. Read written materials, such as legal documents, scientific works, or news reports, and rewrite material into specified languages. Compile terminology and information to be used in translations, including technical terms such as those for legal or medical material. Adapt translations to student's cognitive and grade levels, collaborating with educational team members as necessary. Listen to speaker's statements to determine meanings and to prepare translations, using electronic listening systems as necessary. Any other duties that may be assigned by the Team Manager, Department Director and/or the General Manager. |
