Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, controlling operating expenses, monitoring and directing tour guide operations, assisting with contract negotiation and enhancing the professionalism and integrity of the business. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have a very good or excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin as well as very good or excellent presentation skills. Minimum 5 years senior management experience in a Tour Operator/Travel Agency (preferably an inbound Destination Management Company). Has the ability to work in a fast paced and culturally diverse organization, be able to adapt in a multinational work environment. Proficiency in Microsoft program like Word, Excel and Power Point. Experience in product development, contract negotiation and sales and marketing, willing to relocate to CNMI/Guam. Basic knowledge of Japanese or Russian language is an advantage. Must have honesty and integrity. |
