Job Title: Restaurant Manager
Job Duties: Coordinates food service activities of hotel, restaurant, or other similar establishment or at social functions. Estimate food and beverage costs, and requisitions or purchase supplies. Confers with food preparation and other personnel to plan menus and related activities such as dining room, bar and banquet operations. Directs hiring and assignment or personnel. Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints. May review financial transactions and monitor budget limitation. May be designated according to type of establishment or specialty.

Qualification Requirements: College Degree graduate, plus minimum of two continuous years experience in F&B Department at managerial capacity, in a five-star hotel, club, or resort. Knowledge : Must have working knowledge of the following : overall hotel operations ; departmental planning; project conceptualization ; coordination of projects; computer operation; people management; different cultures and nationalities; Four (4) years practical experience working in a hotel environment, specifically in the F&B Divisions, or a combination of the two department operations. Minimum of two (2) years experience in managing hotel restaurant. Skills : Must have hands-on experience and solid skills in the hotel reservations ; problem solving; oral and written communication. Must be able to lead, manage, and motivate staff. Must have ability to work with international staff. Must be able to work under pressure and in a team environment. Personal Qualities : Must be well-organized, professional disposition, professional appearance, excellent social skills, mature, responsible, open-minded, flexible, with strong sense of integrity and work ethics.
