| Job Duties: | Provides lead direction to lower-lever maintenance classes in functional areas which may include park, landscape and lighting, facilities and drainage; establishes work schedules and prioritize activities of one or more crews and ensures that work is completed as directed. Assists in the tracking of expenditures on projects and maintains logs and records of work performed and materials used. Answers complaints and questions regarding in-house job orders; contacts departments to inform them of status of job orders. Prepares monthly utilities consumption reports. |
