| Job Duties: | Responsible for keeping a portion of line cooks or station chefs on time and organized during production. Oversees all preparation, cooking and presentation for plates. Assists with cooking, preparation and plating when station chefs are absent. Ensures all health and food safety standards are practiced and helps troubleshoot any kitchen issue that may arise. Assists in maintaining correct levels of stores, provide accurate information on future needs for stock control purposes and quality ingredients utilized. Participate in career development training. |
