| Job Title: | OPERATIONAL SERVICE WORKER |
| Job Duties: | greet customers and offer and discuss the services, goods, merchandise or parts to offer or sought for rental and for sale; compute charges for services offered or asked and receive orders and payments; answer customer inquiries or calls and to provide information of rent items, arrange for provision of services or merchandise, such as availability, operation or description; inspect rental items and merchandise or parts for sale, and explain fees,charges and or prices, policies and procedures; prepare rental forms, invoices, and receipts, obtaining customers signatures and other information, such as required licenses or identifications; keep records of transactions, and of the number of customers entering the establishment or inquiries; reserve items for requested times and keep records of items rented or sold; read catalogs or computer displays in order to determine replacement part stock number and prices; determine replacement parts required, according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, or customers' descriptions of malfunctions; fill customer order from stock; advise customers on substitution or modification of parts when identical replacements are not available; examine returned units or merchandise or parts for defects or damaged, and exchange defective parts or refund money; properly mark and store parts in stockrooms according to prearranged systems; conduct physical inventories of all items for rental and for sale, including its physical conditions. |
