| Job Duties: | Help ensure the smooth daily running of the Resort by taking care of its guests and being a point of contact for both Chinese guests and staff. Work with management team to provide focused attention on Chinese guests. Promoting and developing loyalty from Chinese hotel guests by reacting positively to their individual needs and providing high level of personalized guest service. Recommending any necessary operational changes to ensure seamless guest service. Deal with guest relation issues. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Minimum education Associate's Degree preferable in Sales & Marketing or Tourism. Minimum experience of 2 years in a related field/similar role or in a high volume hospitality environment at supervisory level or as a Front Office Supervisor. Advance or native Chinese Mandarin language speaker and writer. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays. Excellent communication, organizational and multitasking skills are a must. Must be a team player. |
