| Job Duties: | In Russian Market, solicit new and existing FIT accounts and tour group accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals through telephone solicitation, outside sales calls, site inspections and written communication. Develop/maintain knowledge of Russian market trends, competition and customers. Prepare correspondence to customers, internal booking reports and file maintenance. Guest complaints and problems are handled in a courteous and professional manner, and ensure follow through. Answer reservation calls in an efficient and courteous manner. Obtain the necessary information from the guests and enter it into PMS and generate PMS report. Work with other departments within the hotel to provide quality service to customers. Assist Front Desk and Guest Relations time to time and input guest folio in PMS. To perform other duties as assign. |
