Job Title: Accountant Supervisor - Accounts Payable
Job Duties: Responsible for coordinating and maintaining accounts payable from receipt of source documents to reconciliation of transaction to General Ledger. Responsible for overseeing the payroll and accounts payable functions, reporting and staff. Responsible for the monthly closing of Asia Pacific Hotels, Inc. d/b/a Century Hotel. Responsible for monitoring of Capital Expenditure projects and creation of Fixed Assets in SAP Fixed Asset Module. Supervises the daily activities of the accounts payable section from receipt and processing of invoices to completion of payment cycle. Perform other various accounting duties in a supervisory capacity.

Qualification Requirements: College graduate, Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, major in Accounting is preferred OR 2 years progressive experience in accounts payable operations in supervisory level. Strong personal computer skills is essential. Proficient knowledge in using SAP R/3 accounting systems.
