| Job Duties: | Analyze financial information and prepare financial reports to determine or maintain records of assets, laibilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization. Establish tables of accoutns and assign entries to proper accounts. Compute taxes; prepare tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting or other tax requirements. Look after of the clinic's operation to ascertain the needs and to recommend, develop and modify forms and manuals for the company's daily operation by making use of current computer technology specifically Dentisoft and Peachtree programs. Set-up procedures/policies to run the business more efficiently. Determining how the system should work and how changes in condition and operation will affect the customers or patients, or the business as a whole. Also, monitors and assess each individuals performance in the organization to make improvements or to take corrective action as may seen necessary. |
