| Job Duties: | -Establishing, implementing, and operating policies related to guest room reservations.Annual guest room allocation and adjustment( assisted by the Finance & Planning Team). Receiving and inputting guest room reservations from all markets. Preparing various guest room related reports, such as back to back, no shows, room status, monthly/daily occupancy rates, daily reservations reports, reservations reports per country, market , travel agent, etc. Managing guest room reservation policy infractions(late cancellations, no shows, etc).Analysis of guest room usage statistics and providing such data to management. Room blocking and room assignment. Receiving and processing reservations for banquets and functions. Any other duties that may be assigned by the department director and/or the General Manager. |
