| Job Duties: | Estimates food and beverage costs and requisitions or purchases supplies needed for the store. May assist in the same responsibility for other stores as assigned or directed. Maintains high standards on food quality and store appearance and cleanliness both inside and outside according to Subway standards. Analyzes stores performance and ensures customer satisfaction for each sandwich made. Leads and motivates team to ensure the financial success of each store assigned and makes hiring, firing, disciplinary and evaluation decisions. Assists management ofother areas as needed on temporary basis. Manages company funds including but not limited to change funds and sales collections for timely deposit. Makes scheduling decisions to adequately support sales or each restaurant. Communicates continually with senior management to report on operational issues. Supports, implements and communicates company policies and procedures to all staff on a human resources level or for the stores betterment. Continuously works to improve training and the development of teams. May inspect food and food preparation periodically to maintain quality standards and sanitation regulation. Investigates and resolves food quality and service complaints. Other duties assigned. |
