| Job Duties: | Processing, verifying, and maintaining personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence. •Explaining company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants. •Examining employee files to answer inquiries and provide information for personnel actions. •Compiling and preparing reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities. •Requesting information from previous employers, and other references to determine applicants’ employment acceptability. •Arranging for advertising or posting of job vacancies, and notifying eligible workers of position availability. •Processing and reviewing employment applications to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants. •Interview job applicants to obtain and verify information used to screen and evaluate them. •Inform job applicants of their acceptance or rejection of employment. •Reviewing timesheets, and other information to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies. •Verifying attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records. •Keeping track of leave time, such as vacation, personal, and sick leave for employees. •Maintains company and office bulletin boards in an up-to-date and legal compliance manner. •Arrange for in-house and external training activities. •Perform other tasks as determined and assigned by supervisor. |
