Job Duties: Establishing, implementing and operating policies related to guest room reservations Annual guest room allocation and adjustment (assisted by the Finance & Planning Team) Receiving and inputting guest room reservations from all markets Preparing various guest room related reports, such as back-to-back, no shows, room status, monthly / daily occupancy rates, daily reservation reports, reservation reports per country, market, travel agent, etc. Managing guest room reservation policy infractions (late cancellations, no-show, etc.) Analysis of guest room usage statistics and providing such data to management Room blocking and room assignment Receiving and processing reservations for banquets and functions Other duties as instructed by the supervisor, Team Manager or other hotel management
High School Diploma Required? Undetermined
Qualification Requirements: Preferably fluent in Russian, Korean, Japanese, or Chinese when receiving and translating reservations from our targeting market countries as well as communicating with travel agents in those target market countries.Education These occupations usually require a high school diploma. Related Experience Some previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is usually needed. For example, a teller would benefit from experience working directly with the public. Job Training Employees in these occupations need anywhere from a few months to one year of working with experienced employees. A recognized apprenticeship program may be associated with these occupations
