| Job Duties: | To repair and maintain all hotel grounds and garden. To take care of all plants and nursery includng plants propagation. To maintain fresh supply of plants in hotel guest rooms. Everyday cleaning in all areas assigned by sweeping the yards, disposing of garbage, weeds cleaning and removing dry leafs. Occassionally spray insecticides to plants when needed. Install and repair garden perimeter fences. To assist section where their assistance is crucial. To clean beach areas such as removal of seaweeds, broken bottles and trash. Performs other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be at least a High School graduate or GED equivalent. Trade School graduate in connection with gardening and landscaping is preferable. Must know how to maintain, repair, hotel grounds and gardens, including plants nursery using garden tools and equipments. Must know how to do plants propagation and grounds landscaping. Fluency in English language is preferable. Confident, well groomed and pleasant. Hardworking, and must be flexible and a Team Player. U.S. Citizen preferable or Green Card Holder. |
