| Job Duties: | Greets , registers and assigns rooms to guest. Issues room key and escort instruction to Bellhop / Bellman. Date stamps, sorts and racks incoming mail and messages. Transmit and receives messages , using telephone or telephone switchboard. Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration of guest, and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions. Keeps records of room availability and guests accounts manually or using computer. Computes bills, collects payment, and makes change for guest. Makes and confirms reservations. May post charges , such as room, food, liquor, or telephone to ledger, manually or using computer. May make restaurant , transportation , or entertainment reservation , and arranged for tours. May deposit guests valuables in hotel safe or safe deposit box. Other related job as required. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must have minimum of 2 years work experience in providing quality customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for service and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Must be able to handle customer complaints with efficiency. High School diploma or GED certificate. Must be able to work variable schedule including nights, weekends and holidays. Requires frequent walking and lifting. Must have multitasking skills, be detailed-oriented, and be able to solve problems in order to effectively deal with internal and external customers. |
