Job Title: Sports and Recreation Manager
Job Duties: Leading, developing and implementing activities that appeal to a wide range of personalities and ages. Completing needs assessments to determine what activities are needed, how often these will be offered, how seasons will affect these activities and what space or venue is required and available for participants. Researching possible activity ideas, trying or sampling new activities and evaluating them as needed. Creating activity schedules that reflects the Resort's needs and conceptualizing activities, which include but not limited to: kids club, sports activities, guest incentives, special packages, cultural activities, fitness center, cooperate events and tournaments. Supervising sports and recreational staff members including lifeguards and other employees connected to the implementation of activities.

Qualification Requirements: Minimum Education: Associates degree in an appropriate field or equivalent years of relevant experience Minimum Experience: At least 3 years experience in sports and recreation, at managerial capacity, in a five-star Hotel, Club, or Resort. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills are a must Team player.
