| Job Duties: | Responsible in managing daily operation in casino. Follow established policies and procedures for all games in the casino. Ensure compliance with Tinian Casino Gaming Control Commission regulation and Gaming Act. Familiar with BSA regulation. Maximize gaming revenue and productivities of each gaming staff. Work closely with Junket Operators. Familiar with new technologies and vendors of gaming equipment. Training staff to be proficient on the floor. Resolve complaints. Ensure expenses are in line with operation. Perform other duties as assigned by Management. |
