| Job Title: | Japanese Sales Manager |
| Job Duties: | Determining and implementing market strategies, analyzing trends and results focusing on Japanese market which may involve in the field strategy or in house. Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products and services. Enhance services and selling price by keeping current and Japanese demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. Establishes and adjusts selling prices for Japanese by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Collaborates with Sales & Marketing staff in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the Japanese market, which include advertising, sales and promotions. Meeting sales target set by the management for Japanese market. Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price, contracts and discounts in consultation with Sales & Marketing Manager. Accurately forecasts the Japanese annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams. Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results. Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor's Degree in Management, or Hospitality or equivalent. Five to ten years of related work experience, knowledge of principles and methods of showing, promoting and selling products or services, marketing strategy, tactics,product demonstration, sales techniques and sales control system. A "People Person" who is confident and has a positive personality. Must have excellent computer skills, and be able to speak and understand English and fluent in Japanese language. Must be able to work on extreme weather condition and flexible to work on shifts, weekends and holidays. |
