| Job Duties: | Relays hospital and clinical unit goals and objectives to personnel. Establishes long and short-term goals and objectives to personnel. Establishes long and short-term goals and objectives for self and individual units on a yearly and semi-annual basis. Reviews as necessary to determine achievement of appropriateness of goal. Arranges the unit functions so personnel, delegate responsibility and authority to the lowest effective operational level may perform them effectively. Creates a mutually cooperative relationship among all staff. Tactful interpersonal relationships with patients, families, physicians, visitor, and other departments. Assists staff in clinical decision-making and maintains effective follow-up. Initiates problem-solving conferences and submits recommendations. Guides, directs, and teaches personnel, responsible for staff to receive instruction on new equipment and/or new procedures. Conducts documented monthly staff meetings with nursing personnel to discuss patient care, and problems arising among patients and staff. Attends all required meeting including monthly nursing administration meetings. Participates in QAPI and submit monthly QAPI report. Performs written evaluations on all assigned staff. Performs other related duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognized/accredited School of Nursing. Plus Six (6) years of Nursing experience of which 2 years must be as a Staff Nurse II with performance of charge nurse duties. Must pass NCLEX-RN. Current CNMI RN License. Must possess current CPR or BLS/ACLS certification. Knowledge in basic computer skills preferred but not required. |
