| Job Duties: | Supervises and coordinates activities at Bake Shop and personnel in bread-baking department. Plans production according to daily requirement. Prepare dough, sponge, cream products. Molding and baking of bread rolls, cakes, pastries, pies, dessert, decorating and portioning of desserts in serving dishes. Cooks foods following established and/or standard recipes with or without supervision. Keeps informed about Hotel occupancy, daily/weekly specials and banquet functions. Sets up daily by cutting and preparing foodstuffs and ingredients as needed. Measures and mixes ingredients in accordance with standard recipes; using the available utensils and equipment. Discusses and memorizes new items/recipes with supervisor - should keep his/her own record book. Responsible for rotation of fresh and old foodstuffs - cooked and raw - materials absolute cleanliness of work area, reports malfunction of equipment, shortage of tools immediately to supervisor. To perform other duties as assigned. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Must be a High School Graduate or GED equivalent. Minimum of 5 years experience continously working in the same position as a Baker in the restaurant or hotel industry. And at least 2 years of Cooking experience in restaurant or hotel industry. Good communication in English. Must be flexible with different work schedule and a definite Team Player. U.S. Citizen and or Green Card Holder preferred. |
