| Job Duties: | Overseeing the operations of all machinery equipment such as generators, boilers, water filtration equipment, elevators, air conditioning, CCTV, telecommunications equipment, spa equipment, laundry equipment, etc. Deeps wells and injection well operations and permits. Maintaining water quality, water testing (including swimming pools), submitting tests according to schedules issued by relevant government authorities, developing and implementing water quality control procedures and contingency plans. Receiving machinery repair request from all departments and performing repairs and other necessary maintenance. Record keeping concerning all machinery equipment. Other duties as instructed by the supervisor, Team Manager or other hotel Management. |
