| Job Title: | Front Desk Supervisor |
| Job Duties: | Assist the Front Office Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient overall day to day operations of the Front Desk including Switchboard, Reservations and Bell desk. Verify credits and establish how the customer will pay for the accommodations. Provide excellent customer service per the standards of the hotel, and assist in situations to ensure customer satisfaction. Ensure guest request, inquiries and concerns are addresses and completed in a timely manner. Working with all Hotel Department to ensure we meet or exceed guest expectations and all guest billings is accurate and up to date at time of departure. Contact housekeeping or maintenance staff when guests report problems. Records guest’s comments or complaints, referring customer’s to managers as necessary. Prepare reports and handle specials projects and assignments as required. Communicate and review all hotel reservation and discuss it the staff and the Hotel Manager. May communicate with the tour guide and tour agency if necessary. Performs other task as determined and assigned by the manager. |

| Qualification Requirements: | Associate Degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or equivalent. Three to five years of related work experienced in the hotel industry. Bachelor’s Degree in hotel industry is preferred but not required. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services including handling large group of arrivals. Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive attitude, professional, neat and well groomed at all times. Experience in supervising, developing, mentoring and motivating staff team. Computer proficiency and email communication. Willing to work in flexible shifts, days, evenings, weekend and holidays. Acquired hospitality related program and speaking additional language is an asset. Be able to stand for prolonged period of time. Willing to work in flexible shifts, in all weather conditions, days, evenings, weekends and holidays. |
