| Job Duties: | Responsible in developing strategies and campaign to recruit new health groups; coordinate and responsible for the administration of health membership services; responsible for the administration of a health insurance business; process and adjudicate medical claims; conduct underwriting review analysis for small and large group business; handle medical provider issues related to contractual agreements and fee schedule reimbursement; negotiate provider agreements with medical providers; administer and manage utilization review cases, for both inpatient and outpatient cases; compile and submit weekly, monthly, and annual production reports for management review. |

| Qualification Requirements: | 10 or more years of actual experience as a health plan coordinator responsible for the administration of a health insurance business. Experience with medical claims processing and adjudication. Experience in conducting underwriting review analysis for small and large group business. Experience in handling medical provider issues related to contractual agreements and fee schedule reimbursement. Experience in negotiating provider agreements with medical providers. Experience in administering and managing utilization review cases for both inpatient and outpatient cases. Strong written communication skills and the ability to work independently. Basic computer skills with strong organizational time management skills. Experience in using WLT Health System is a plus. Must possess strong negotiation skills with both commercial clients and medical providers. Capable of compiling and submitting weekly, monthly and annual production reports for management review. Nursing Degree and/or medical background is required. Salary based on experience. |
